During the making process of Plywood Heat of up to 150 degrees is applied making it more resilient to heat than natural wood. So same piece of furniture works at -50 to 100 degree.
EXTREME PRESSURE
Artificial pressure of up to 5 kg per square inch applied in manufacturing of plywood makes its furniture extremely strong as compared to natural wood.
AFFORESTATION
Procurement of wood for manufacturing of plywood is done from farmers who grow Poplar and Eucalyptus in their farms just like other crops. Not a single Forest tree is cut in making our Plywood.
SYNTHETIC GLUE
During manufacturing of plywood, Glue is applied to different layers of veneers. Different properties can be added in this process like Waterproof or Fire resistance which is not possible in Natural wood.
NATURAL SELECTION
Trees grow through the order of natural selection, Trees found in colder regions do not survive in Humid climate. Similarly natural wood furniture from one region does not perform well in other parts
